Carrot-Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. grated carrot
1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream margarine with sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and orange rind.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Blend in carrots, zucchini and walnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Frost with cream cheese icing.
