Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, prepared
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 c. cut-up chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. French cut green beans
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice; remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Serve with soy sauce or chicken gravy.
    Makes 4 servings.
