Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cans chunk pineapple
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 jar maraschino cherries
    5 bananas
    2 small boxes regular vanilla jello pudding
Preparation
    Drain juice from fruit and reserve 2 cups of juice.
    Mix fruit, except bananas.
    Heat juice and pudding until thick.
    Pour over fruit.
    Chill for several hours.
    Add bananas just before serving.
