Marinated Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. celery tops
    1/4 c. pickling spices
    3 tsp. salt
    2 c. thinly sliced onions
    6 bay leaves
    1 c. canola oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. capers
    2 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Boil shrimp in celery tops, pickling spices, salt, onions and bay leaves for 5 minutes.
    When cooled, pour marinade of canola oil, vinegar, capers, celery seed and Tabasco over the shrimp and onions.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
