Zesty Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, cubed (may also use white potatoes)
    3 c. veggies (celery, green beans, bell pepper, onion)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water till tender.
    Drain.
    Add veggies to potatoes.
    Add salt to taste.
    Stir in horseradish, vinegar, and mayonnaise.
    Cover tightly and chill.
    Keep cold. Makes 6 cups.
