Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine cooked potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder in large mixing bowl.
    Mash potatoes until fluffy.
    (Add a small amount of milk if potatoes are too thick.)
    Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Refrigerate until ready to use. To bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and place in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
