Kenny'S Mashed Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 stick butter
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    16 to 20 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes; boil until very soft.
    Drain water. Mix milk, butter, parsley, cheese and potatoes with electric beater until well mixed to a creamy texture.
