Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh or frozen broccoli
    1 pkg. fresh or frozen carrots
    1 pkg. fresh or frozen cauliflower
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 onion, minced
    20 Ritz crackers or saltines
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    In the vegetables you need approximately 3 to 4 pounds, either frozen or fresh.
    Mix and spread all ingredients over vegetables. Place in oven at 350\u00b0 until vegetables are cooked and cheese is melted.
