Creamy Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserve juice and add water to make 1 1/3 cups.
Bring to a boil.
Place jello in bowl and add boiling liquid.
Stir to dissolve.
Cool to thicken slightly.
Whip cream and add sugar.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Stir in pineapple and cottage cheese.
Chill.
