Pig Picking Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil or 1/4 c. Wesson oil and 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
1 large can drained crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine cake mix, oil, vanilla, eggs and mandarin oranges and then mix.
Bake in 4 layers at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done. Layers will be thin.
Sprinkle pudding onto Cool Whip.
Fold in nuts and pineapple.
Frost cake (after layers are cool).
Store in a cool place.
