Zucchini Chocolate Cake(Extra Moist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange or lemon peel
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. zucchini, chopped (unpeeled)
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix margarine, oil, sugar and eggs; mix until smooth.
Add vanilla and sour cream.
Add zucchini.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a tube pan or an 8 x 10-inch pan.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven.
