Baked Pork Chops With Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    2 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Season and flour chops; brown in butter.
    Remove from pan; cook onion in drippings until done.
    Combine corn, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and onion; mix well.
    Place chops in baking dish; cover each chop with dressing.
    Add water; cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover; bake for 15 minutes longer.

    6 servings.
