Olive Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed saltines
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    ketchup or tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Shape into a 4-inch diameter column on a baking sheet.
    Cover with ketchup or tomato sauce and bake for 1 hour.
    Remove to a warm platter.
