Italian Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 small garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
    3 c. small cauliflower
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in dressing for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
    Add cauliflower, water and salt.
    Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes or longer until cauliflower is tender.
    Stir in basil and tomatoes.
    Heat through.
