Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large onions, sliced thin
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cheese (sharp), shredded
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    3 Tbsp. chicken bouillon broth
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Mix broth with onions. Layer 1/2 onions, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 crushed crackers.
    Repeat layers.
