Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    4 eggs, hard-boiled
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil
    potatoes\tuntil just slightly hard; drain.
    Cover with cold water and drain again.
    Refrigerate until cool.
    Cut up potatoes
    into
    bite
    size pieces and add chopped eggs and onion. Blend in mayo and salt and pepper.\tRefrigerate.
