Cajun Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. grated onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and cut carrots into 2-inch strips.
    Cook until tender. Drain and put in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, onions, salt and pepper together; then add carrots. Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
