Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar Ragu cooking sauce
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage or pork sausage, seasoned with 1/2 tsp. basil, 1/2 tsp. fennel and 1/4 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain; add remaining ingredients and put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Lay 8 ounces thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese over meat mixture.
