Coon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, Owens
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add no liquid.
    Roll into balls about the size of a quarter.
    Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
