Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 stick butter
Preparation

In an 8 x 8 dish, melt butter (must be butter).
Mix in bowl the baking mix, egg and creamed corn.
Pour mixture over butter; do not mix into butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.
