Ingredients

12-inch baked pizza crust (Italian crust or all-ready crust)
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. mild taco seasoning
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 green onions, sliced
3/4 c. thick and chunky salsa (mild)
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium to high heat; drain.
Stir in taco seasoning and spoon mixture evenly over crust.
Combine eggs, green pepper and onions and pour over meat.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over this. Spoon salsa on top of this and sprinkle with remaining cheese and chopped tomatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes, slice and enjoy.
Serves 6 to 8.
