Old English Apple Pie - cooking recipe

8 fresh apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
Preparation

Peel, core and slice apples. Place in 3-quart baking dish. Mix sugar, flour and butter together with a pastry blender until coarse and crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are tender.
