Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh basil leaves, thoroughly washed and patted dry
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut in 3 pieces
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. pignolia (pine nuts)
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
