Christy'S Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts or 6 oz. chocolate chips or 1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients at medium speed for about one minute, until light.
Add melted butter, beating until thoroughly blended.
Mix in flour and cocoa at low speed.
Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in a greased 8-inch square dish.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
When done, top looks dry and will spring back when lightly touched.
Cut when cool.
