Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can hot peppers (if desired)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. soft corn tortillas
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat and onion in large skillet. Add all other ingredients except cheese and tortillas. Heat until it starts to boil. If you need more liquid, add another can of tomato sauce. Tear tortillas in small pieces and spread half of them in bottom of baking dish.
    Then add half the meat sauce and spread with half the cheese. Repeat the procedure and place uncovered in oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
