Aunt Ruth'S Grandma'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and margarine. Add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Alternate milk and flour mixture into egg, sugar and shortening mixture. Add vanilla and lemon extracts.
    Do not preheat oven! Spray a tube pan with Baker's Joy and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Yummy on 2nd or 3rd day.
