Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, beaten or substitute
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
salt (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. granulated onion
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
your favorite extras: 7 oz. Ortega chilies, black olives, cooked broccoli, imitation Bac*Os bits, etc.
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in a pie crust.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then turn down to 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yields two 9-inch pies.
