Sweet And Sour Dressing For Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp and break up.
Save grease.
Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
Add bacon grease and beat until thick.
If it doesn't thicken, add the cornstarch and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add bacon.
Pour over potato salad mixture.
