Oreo Dessert(Yields 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 large pkg. Oreos, crushed
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 gal. chocolate chip ice cream
    1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
Preparation
    Mix together Oreos and butter and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Press firmly and put in freezer.
    Spread ice cream (slightly melted) over crust.
    Pour chocolate syrup over ice cream.
    Return to freezer until ice cream is firm.
    Spread 1 (12 ounce) container of thawed Cool Whip over ice cream.
    Top with chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips.
