Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. medium pasta shells, cooked and drained
4 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 carton small curd cottage cheese
1 (26 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook meat and onion.
Sprinkle in salt.
In large bowl, combine pasta, 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan which has been sprayed with Pam.
Top with meat mixture and spaghetti sauce.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
