Fresh Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries, ground
1 whole orange, ground
1 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine the cranberries, orange and sugar; let set overnight. Dissolve gelatin in the hot water.
When gelatin starts to jell, add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Pour into oiled salad mold.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise.
