Greek Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Mix everything together but olive oil.
Let stand 15 minutes. Gradually add olive oil.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes about 2 cups.
