Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. very thin noodles, cooked just until tender
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 green scallions, chopped (tops and all)
    sliced fresh mushrooms
    garlic, minced
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 c. cooked, peeled shrimp, cut in half
    1/4 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk, salt and mayonnaise.
    Lightly saute the onions and mushrooms; add soup mixture.
    Blend well.
    Stir in cheese, shrimp and cooked noodles.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Top with Chinese noodles; bake another 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
