One Pan Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. enriched all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla extract (2 tsp. imitation)
6 Tbsp. oil or applesauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients in an ungreased 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Add liquid ingredients and stir with a fork until completely mixed.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 (apt. oven).
Bake cupcakes at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes (apt. oven).
