Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped broccoli
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 of butter or margarine with cheese and melt together. Combine with cooked and drained broccoli.
    Put mixture in casserole dish and set aside.
    Fry crushed crackers in 1/2 butter or margarine until brown.
    Layer on top of broccoli-cheese mixture and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
