Vegetable Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
12 oz. skim Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Ricotta cheese
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
4 c. cooked ziti
Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. skim milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Steam spinach and broccoli until thoroughly thawed.
Pour sauce on the bottom of casserole dish. Spread a layer of cooked ziti, followed by a layer of spinach, a layer of broccoli, sliced Mozzarella and several spoonfuls of Ricotta cheese.
Pour sauce generously over final layer, then repeat layers.
Spread last layer of sauce, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread.
