2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
2/3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites (room temperature)
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately remove from pan; cool on wire racks.
Makes 3 dozen.
