Heavenly Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 egg, beaten
    ??? Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in heavy saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
    Let cool completely, then fold in whipping cream.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Yield: about 2 cups.
