Roast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    potatoes
    1 pkg. carrots
    1 large onion
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Season and flour roast.
    In a large Dutch pot, brown roast in oil all over; remove.
    Add flour to oil and make gravy.
    Add lots of water (will cook down).
    Slice potatoes and carrots; add to gravy.
    Put roast in.
    Add onion (chopped or sliced).
    Cook on low to medium heat for about 3 1/2 hours.
    Can be cooked in oven at 325\u00b0 for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
