Collard Greens(Liberian Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. cut collard greens
2 beef bouillon cubes or 1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. beef or chicken (precooked)
chopped onion
Preparation
-
Fry collard greens and onion for about 10 minutes.
Add beef (chicken) and seasoning.
Add 3/4 cup water and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
