Cilantro Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    2 onions, chopped
    2 tsp. oil
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel
    6 cubes chicken bouillon
    6 c. water
    3/4 log Velveeta
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onions in oil until onions are clear.
    Add other ingredients and simmer as long as needed.
    For meat lovers, you may add 1 pound hamburger or sausage, browned and drained, to simmering mixture.
    Serve with tortilla chips instead of crackers in your bowl.
