Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat loaf mixture (ground pork, veal and beef)
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. minced onions
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs (Italian flavored)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Shape into meat balls and place in frypan on medium heat. Brown meatballs, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
    Remove from grease and place in sauce to finish cooking.
