Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In saucepan over low heat, cook all ingredients, except brown sugar, with 3/4 cup water for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
Add brown sugar and cook until sugar is completely dissolved.
