Creamed Ground Beef On Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced onions
1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk

Preparation

Brown onions and beef in fat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Take from skillet.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
Take from heat.
Add milk; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Add meat.
Serve over baked potatoes.
