Green Chile Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (1 lb.)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild green chiles
    butter
Preparation
    Butter bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Spread green chiles on bottom of pan; sprinkle grated cheese over chiles.
    Pour eggs over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until firm when pan is shaken.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
    Serve hot on warming tray.
    Makes 64 pieces.
