2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk, divided
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine. Stir in flour and gradually add 1 cup of the milk. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in mustard, dill and the remaining 1/4 cup of milk. Serve with fish or salmon loaf.
