Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
9-inch pie crust (unbaked)
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. pecans, chopped coarsely
Preparation

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, syrup and melted butter.
Add pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean. Cool before serving.
(Double recipe makes 3 pies.)
