Fluffy Cocoa Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. cocoa
4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix cocoa and sugar.
Add half of mixture to butter and vanilla.
Add half of the milk.
Mix well.
Add remaining sugar mixture and milk.
