Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baking hen
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 to 1 loaf day old bread
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Bake hen until tender; remove meat from pan, reserving liquid. Combine cubed chicken with undiluted soups; set aside.
    Make dressing with all ingredients, except eggs; moisten with chicken broth.
    Spread a layer of dressing in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread chicken mixture over layer of dressing.
    Mix remaining dressing with 2 eggs and top the chicken layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until brown.
