Ingredients

2 deep dish pie crusts
7 oz. Baker's coconut
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Beat
eggs, add sugar and mix together.
Melt margarine and add
to egg and sugar mixture.
Blend in vanilla and stir well; add milk slowly (stirring with mixer while adding).
Add coconut and mix well; pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 30 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 until nice and brown.
Makes 2 deep dish pies.
